SCOPE OF WORK
Paving 208,215 square feet. Painting 333 parking spaces, 14 handicap parking spaces, and 1,300 l.f. curbing.
DETAILS
Tar Seal machine paved a 1” asphalt overlay of a Winn Dixie anchored plaza. The work was performed during normal business hours by phasing the project into 5 sections. Using a Leeboy 8510 paver, 10 ton smooth drum roller, and pneumatic traffic roller we installed over 1300 tons of Type S-3 hot asphalt with minimal client inconvenience. Each evening our paint crew arrived on site to layout the parking configuration and paint the new lines. We used over 45 gallons of traffic paint.
