SCOPE
Premium Seal asphalt sealcoating 279,000 square feet of airport apron. Paint included over 4,600 linear feet of lines using FAA Spec. traffic paint.
DETAILS
Working closely with the airport, Tar Seal planned and implemented a progress schedule that included breaking the project into 3 sections so that aircraft could continue to use the apron and hangars. We spray applied 2 coats of sealer containing 3 lbs. of sand per gallon to all asphalt surfaces. Tar Seal applied over 5,000 gallons of sealer, over 5 tons of silica sand, and over 30 gallons of FAA Spec. traffic paint.
